Like most people, my little family is trying to eat healthier in the new year. But not just healthier, cleaner. There is so much un-necessary junk in our food. I mean dyes, color number whatevers, tons of ingredients that none of us can pronounce. I cannot express this any better than Ashley does in her Simply Eating post. She says what I have been screaming way more eloquently than I ever could.
While walking the isles of Target {Everyone's favorite vice}a few weeks ago, I stumbled upon this on an end cap. It was about 2 in the afternoon and the kids are all "Can we have a snack? We are sooo hungry." Acting like of course, that I never feed them, like they would literally pass out and die from hunger So knowing that I had a few more errands to run I decided that it best to squash this now with some sort of something. Now, if you follow me on Pinterest you know that I am a total sucker for great packaging. So, it is no surprise that I stopped. And after reading the back of the package I was in. But I was a little skeptical. I mean candy with out all the junk or as my kids called them "knock off M and M's". I was half sure that this cleverly packaged goodness would be less than stellar. But at that point anything to get the kids to behave through the rest of these errands was fine by me. With a chorus of "mmmm"s coming from the back seat I decided to try it myself. IT WAS GOOD!
Wanting to know more I logged onto their site when I got home and was surprised at what I read. I mean LOOK at that. Really, a less expensive junk food with no junk that encourages that you eat fruit instead of buying their candy.... SHUT UP!
We aren't doing candy that often but it is nice to know that when we do there is a healthy option that doesn't taste like cardboard. Candy that my kids will actually eat and I don't have to feel bad about it. You can go on their site and find out where to get Unreal close to you. So spend the 89 cents and make a better decision next time you are having a chocolate craving.
This post was in no way sponsored by Unreal candy. It is simply the opinions and feedback from my little family.

I really wish that I liked this candy, but I just don't. I tried to pretend that their fake Reese's were just as delicious, but my fatty heart wouldn't let me lol. BUT I am very happy that you and your family like them!! So I glad I found you through Thee Networking Blog Hop- new follower!
